Forest Green Ruby Leather and Suede Strap Boots

The Ruby sets deep forest suede across the shaft against polished full-grain leather at the toe, heel and strap — the same color twice over, one matte and one catching light. Green on green, with only the gunmetal studs breaking it.

A wide leather strap crosses the ankle and closes with a concealed hook-and-loop fastening, so you set the fit once and pull the boot on from there. No laces to tie, no zipper to catch.

Underneath, a chunky serrated platform adds real height and grip without a heel to balance on. The whole thing reads heavier than it feels.

Forest green is the one that makes an outfit look deliberate. It sits with denim, with camel, with cream and with black — and nobody else in the room is wearing it.

Brush the suede panels with a suede brush. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth.
