The Alex runs a heavier build — a thick micro sole, a wide toe, layered panels across the vamp — in smooth full-grain leather with a burnished finish that lifts the seams and deepens the color where the panels meet.
Foam padding through the collar and a leather lining backed with padded textile mean no break-in period. Comfortable out of the box and still comfortable at the end of the day.
Underfoot, the micro sole in white is lighter than it looks, with real cushioning and enough height to change the proportion of a wide trouser. The contrast keeps the whole thing from going heavy.
