Silver star studs run across the vamp and quarters of the Star — different sizes, no grid, no symmetry. It's the kind of detail that looks like it happened rather than like it was planned, and that's what keeps it from reading as costume.
Underneath the hardware, a proper Western boot: a sharp pointed toe, a stacked block heel and a scalloped Western collar cut into the shaft. Twin elastic gores mean it goes on in one motion, no zipper and no pulling.
Cut from smooth full-grain leather in a deep black with a polished finish, so the studs have something to catch light against.
Inside, a genuine leather lining backed with padded textile keeps it comfortable from morning to close. Underfoot, a rubber sole gives grip without the noise of a hard leather sole.
